Summer & Blair Rushing
I am 44 years old, from Laurel, MS. I have been rolling sushi for 14 years. My wife, Blair Rushing, is 36 years old… Born and raised in Pascagoula, MS where I learned how to roll sushi. I started rolling at a locally owned, southern-style sushi restaurant in Pascagoula, MS called Jack’s by the Tracks. Blair and I have been together for 14 years and married 3. Once Blair started working with me, doing all the amazing photography and assisting me at the parties, we were able to build our business together into a three-crew team. Bringing an amazing sushi experience and lots of love into the homes of as many people as we can.
